"Heather was incredibly nice and I appreciated her honestly. She really made sure I was covered on all fronts and wasn't pushy letting me make my own decisions. I hope I have better luck this time around with State Farm. I left before because they were too high but now they're cheaper. I hope I never have to make a claim in the future. If I do I hope I'm treated better than Geico did with my last claim. Hence the reason for the switch."
